The Delivery Driver shall be responsible for operating company vehicles, ensuring completeness of delivered products and carrying out courier functions.

What you'll be doing:

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

• Responsible for the completeness of delivered product quantity, packaging materials integrity and label detail accuracy against shipping papers.
• Follow delivery route and time schedule.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of products and keep logs of delivery helper activities during and after delivery.
• Report delays, accidents, or other traffic and transportation situations to office or other vehicles using company issued mobile phone, telephones and/or any other means of communication.
• Operates vehicles and equipment safely and responsibly, as assigned.
• Obey traffic laws and follow established traffic and transportation procedures.

DELIVERY TRUCK MAINTENANCE

• Maintain assigned vehicles free from damage, in acceptable good condition and consistently clean.
• Ensure that the vehicle is in proper and safe condition prior to use, and accept responsibility to report any damage or mechanical malfunction that exists.
• Responsible for the routine check-up of the vehicle, this includes but not limited to oil brake function, water, lights and tires conditions and the hike.

OTHERS

• Transport employees, distributors and other individuals as directed, in a safe and responsible manner.
• Observe strictly the company rules and regulations, policies and directives and instruction of the company.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior and/or Plant Manager.

The CCTV/GPS Operator is responsible for monitoring and reviewing surveillance systems (CCTV) and GPS tracking data to ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and security protocols. The role supports the Audit Team by indetifying irregularities, preparing reports, and recommending corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage to ensure safety, security, and compliance within plant operations

Responsible for the front desk operations of the Research and Development laboratory facility. He/she provides the needed support to the laboratory personnel while reporting directly to the Sr. Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Diligent in the update of documents receives, sorts, and logs in samples that are endorsed to the laboratory from sales personnel or any other representatives that need the services of the department;
• Facilitates the feedback on various laboratory requests, ensuring compliance with applicable standard operating procedures;
• Good handling of procurement needs of the laboratory personnel including but not limited to requisition and purchase order requests;

• Acts as the depository of all mobile phones of all laboratory personnel considering that this is not allowed inside the laboratory;

The Machine Operator shall be responsible for processing product as per customer and company requirements. Under close coordination with production personnel, set-up, operate and clean all production equipment in compliance with SOP’s, cGMP, SSOP & Safety programs of the company.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Closely coordinate with Production Supervisor for immediate processing of batched/prepared materials for machine operation at assigned equipment.
• Operates machine/equipment such as High-Speed Mixer, Zeta Mixer, Ribbon Blender, Steam Jacketed Kettle, etc. using Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for machine operation.
• Responsible for correctness of weights and product quality of processed product.
• Document and record all necessary information/data as per SOP’s, cGMP and SSOP requirements.
• Provides recommendations regarding remedial/corrective actions on areas that need to be improved in the machine operation work/area.
• Assist Maintenance Staff on preventive maintenance of assigned equipment as necessary.
• Actively participate in Health, Safety & Environmental programs of the company.
